Step 1 — Prepare your documents
If something is missing, go to the MFC (Multifunctional Center).
Original passport
Certified translation of your passport — you can get it at a translation bureau
Personal insurance policy number (SNILS)
— get it at the MFC, the Social Fund of Russia, or through your employer (you’ll need your passport and its notarized translation)
Email address
create it in advance
Account on Gosuslugi (government services website)
create and verify it at the MFC
Biometric data (voice and face)
submit them at any bank
Step 2 — Visit a Beeline office. Bring all the prepared documents and your mobile phone.
